Tom deserves 10 stars!!! He is very knowledgeable about the current housing market and was able maximize the sale of my home to its highest potential. Would rate billion stars, but could only go up to 5. Looking to buy a home? Look no further. Tom is the person you’re looking for. The responsiveness and attention to detail that Tom gave us while navigating the process of making an offer and buying our first home was comparative to having a close friend or family member as your realtor. The first offer we put in on our first home purchase was accepted and we just closed on the home. I’m completely confident that was due to following Tom’s advice to the “T” in creating our offer and then letting him do his thing. The fact that most people have been putting in offer after offer on house after house and not getting the home they want in this incredibly competitive market and we were able to avoid that feeling entirely can be directly attributed to Tom’s due diligence. We would like to thank Tom for his very effective and professional help he provided us in selling our house. We found Tom to be very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was very innovative and talented at marketing our home using his photographic abilities.
He listed our house and in just two days we were able to have an offer that was significantly above the listing price. With his great help we were able to close the selling of the house in a record time of 35 days. We signed the contract on September 14, 2020, and on October 19 we closed and had the deposit of the proceedings of the selling of the house in our account on the afternoon of October 19.
