Thomas Hennessy goes above and beyond for his clients. From our first showing to closing, Tom was an amazing agent who made the buying process a breeze. Not only is he knowledgeable and always quick to respond but he also took his time to answer any and all questions I had. Above all else, Tom is an incredibly kind individual who had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in search of a real estate agent.

I was out of state and Thomas not only helped me fight multiple violations, but he also saved me $10k for a past violation as well as got me above ask for my property in Westchester. I was using another broker prior and he was a world of difference. He provides aggressive negotiation skills, thinks outside of the box to resolve problems, and gives white glove services. I tried saving a 1% commission on another broker, but when I worked with Thomas he put an extra $50k in my pocket. Highly Highly recommend.

From the beginning, Thomas gave us unbelievable family advise. The best real estate experience I ever had selling a home. Thomas was recommended to me by a friend of mine & I can see why! He was extremely precise & honest when we sold our home in NY. We had bought a home in Fl & needed to sell quick. Thomas nailed it on the pricing. I was actually going to go lower but he knew the market well & priced it accordingly. All of the potential buyers were screened thoroughly before they were permitted to enter the home.. He sold it in 3 weeks for over $10,000 than expected. His negotiation skills are superior to any realtor I have used in the past.

Being that I sold a co- op, finding a qualified buyer is half the battle. Thomas made sure the application & qualifications of the buyer were exactly what the HOA were looking for, as not to waste anyone’s time. His follow up & pleasing nature with Mgmt. office made for an extremely smooth transaction.

If I could give Thomas Hennessy 10 stars I would! His constant communication & follow up throughout the process were refreshing as I had two other realtors try to sell my place previously & failed. In a very stressful time during the move working with Thomas made it easy!

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research on how to choose a realtor. After that,  I assembled my long list of questions. Then, I began days long research of different realtors in the area, checking their websites, looking at their reviews, etc. Then I assembled my long list of realtors to call.

Thomas must've been the 20th realtor I called and I have to admit....... he was THE ONLY realtor that answered every darn question on my list before I even had a chance to ask him! I hung up the phone dumbfounded and turned to my husband telling him, this is our man. I don't need to make any other phone calls. I just know, this is him. My husband was EXTREMELY wary and cynical...... but got over that very quickly after a few interactions with Thomas and now has even invited Thomas & his family to stay with us if they ever happen to be in the state we've moved to.

From day 1, the initial phone call, he was kind, BEYOND thorough, professional, and just all around great to work with. He worked well beyond what one could expect and stayed in touch constantly.

We spoke with Thomas and then met with him at our home. He took his time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Throughout the entire process, beginning to end,  Thomas was ALWAYS available through various means of communication. ALWAYS.

We were concerned that due to the pandemic and the mass exodus out of New York City that our property would be tough to sell. Thomas made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. In that very first week we had hundreds of web hits, several in house visits, AND our final buyer.

Thomas walked us through every step of the closing process.  The sale of our home was a difficult one, through absolutely no fault of Thomas nor our own. We had one hurdle after another getting thrown at us. He battled along side us like a champ and lifted us up when we started getting down! He acknowledged that all decisions we'd make were our own but he also was straight forward when he thought we were making a decision which was not in our best interest and took time to explain why.

Thomas is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy and now feels like a friend of the family.

I now realize it won't always be easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

We were so fortunate to have found Thomas. We can't speak highly enough of him.  Hands down, I HIGHLY recommend him!

Crème de la crème! If you have any questions or concerns, Thomas will answer and solve them instantaneously. He provides clear communication, direction, and has an expansive knowledge of the real estate space as a whole. As many know, Thomas is an outstanding agent, and for many reasons. Tom is the best real estate agent we have met so far. I and my wife were looking to buy a house from past two years and we have met many other agents. But no other is comparable to Tom. Tom knows every bit of buying and selling process and makes sure his clients are protected.

The property that we were buying had illegal oil tank in it. Tom made sure that got removed and through his contacts he made sure that the certificate of completion was obtained in time. He followed up at all delays caused by other parties and did everything so that deal was made as quick as possible.

I recommend Tom for buying and selling real estate.

Thomas is professional, pragmatic, exceptionally diligent, and above all, he's a kind person. He also has a keen understanding of the market price trend, which is how we were able to close so fast.

My wife and I wanted to sell our apartment in Parkchester, NY. I searched how other apartments were listed in the area on zillow, trulia, and street easy. I've noticed that all of Thomas' listings had floor plan which was absent in all other units in the area listed by other agents. In addition, all of Thomas' listings featured beautiful photos that was definitely a cut above all the other ads. I called him via phone number listed on Zillow, and he promptly picked up, and he was at my place within hours.

Thomas is deeply knowledgeable in all phases of real estate sales for private homes and was an invaluable and dedicated advisor throughout the challenging process of selling our home.
