Tom Kissee is a lifelong "Springfieldian" and has over 35 years in the real estate business with 58 million dollars of real estate sold in 2021.

Tom's role in real estate is multi-faceted. One of his specialties is as the Developer of Marlborough Manor Subdivision, Springfield's largest real estate development, where he is currently marketing the 16th Phase of Marlborough Manor.

In addition to his residential expertise, Tom's family has been in the livestock business locally for generations, so he is an expert in farm and ranch sales, too. As a co-owner of Springfield Livestock Marketing Center, his numerous contacts in the agriculture community provides for a natural connection between buyers and sellers.
