Fantastic to work with in all aspects. Tom Morris and Coldwell were exactly the type of agent and realtor company that makes home buying as smooth as possible.

Tom was always available to consult about our sale and purchase. I’m very glad I had the opportunity to work with Tom on both ends. The best attribute an agent can have is always being there to answer a call or question. Tom’s responsiveness, reliability and professionalism helped my wife and I during the stressful sales and purchase processes.

His marketing skills were apparent as he sold our house - over asking - in less than a week.

When we had questions about the purchase he immediately got the seller on the phone to answer them. Tom never left us hanging and to me that was so important from a business perspective and a mental state of mind.

If someone is buying/selling in the Lawrenceville area, I highly recommend him.

I was a first time home seller. Tom was very knowledgeable of the housing market and what home buyers were looking for. He kept us informed when the house was being shown ( we did not live there at the time) and of any comments that were made by perspective buyers. Our house sold quickly for a fair price.
