Thomas Petricca

Tom joined the team in 2021 after a successful career extending over 27 years in the Custom Home, Renovation, and Disaster Recovery Profession. As a graduate of The Burnt-Hills Ballston-Lake School System and The College of Saint Rose (Magna Cum Laude- Albany), Tom was recruited and joined a Fortune 100 business to provide risk and liability assessments throughout the construction industry. As Tom's professional credentials grew, he was asked by an associate business to leave his current position to assist them in developing an up-and-coming construction solution-based business, which he did with great success. Tom resides on The Great Sacandaga Lake located in the Adirondack Park Region of New York State, providing him with additional and unique property insights throughout the area. Tom's extensive knowledge of construction, buildings, and homes allows him to provide tremendous value when representing a buyer or seller.
