After several months and a few visits, I decided to just look for a lot and then build my own house. Tom P was very professional and patient with us in the process. Tom is a low pressure but very knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. All you have to do is let him know what you are looking for and he will send all available properties via email and will also call you to give you first access to properties that are about to be listed on the MLS. This will give you first look at properties that meet all of your requirements. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in Big Canoe and surrounding areas.

From the first meeting Tom was the ultimate professional. He spent time asking all the right questions and introducing me to all the amenities of Big Canoe. Before I saw the very first house, I knew about the area and the benefits of living in Big Canoe as well as what types of homes were available. His knowledge of the overall area is amazing plus he lives here himself. His interest in finding and meeting my priorities was simply non-stop! He knew I wanted a home with a view. We looked at homes with views, he didn't spend time looking at homes in the valley and he explained why. He is a wonderful communicator. If I sent him an email, he responded, if I sent him a text, he responded. Over the weeks that we worked together, if he said we needed to see a house the next day I would listen to his expertise and drive up to Big Canoe to view a house. Tom is the best I have ever worked with, bar none!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Petrigliano on two separate real estate transactions. Our first interaction with Tom was when we purchased a beautiful cabin in Big Canoe; Tom was the sellers agent. Tom was very helpful and even followed up on several occasions after the closing to help us get situated in our new home.

Our next opportunity to work with Tom came a couple of years later when we decided that we needed a bigger home for our growing family. Tom was helpful to us in helping to ensure the house was ready for sale and helped us determine a fair asking price. We were delighted with his input; our home went under contract in just a few days.

Tom was also instrumental in helping us to purchase a beautiful mountain home in Big Canoe. What we appreciated most about Tom was his low key approach. He was willing to take us wherever we wanted to go, and put no pressure on us to rush into a decision. He was patient, helpful, and very informative as we worked our way through the process and found exactly what we were looking for. He is a great agent and looked out for our interests.
