Thomas Pidgeon brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and business acumen to his second career as a real estate advisor. As a former senior leader with Office Depot and Black & Decker, Tom offers clients a strategic analytical approach.
Before joining Compass, Tom founded and operated a boutique brokerage advising buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central and Southeast Florida.
Now part of the Compass network — the nation’s #1 residential brokerage — Tom combines high-touch advisory service with industry-leading technology and AI-assisted marketing. His specialties include luxury residential properties and new construction. Also specializing in Business Brokerage with experience in international transactions for foreign national buyers desiring to immigrate to the US.
Tom is a U.S. Army veteran originally from Michigan and attended the University of Michigan. GO BLUE! Tom has called South Florida home since 1993. He resides in Delray Beach, where he remains active in the community and pursues his passion for tennis.
