Thomas is your guy if you are looking for buying a house. He is very patient and knowledgeable in real estate market. I bought my first house with him last year. The process and the experience was very smooth. He was always available to show houses and acted very quickly for writing an offer when i needed him. Thomas is a great agent to work with. He helped me buy two rental properties last year and charged me a very reasonable fee. His fee as a listing agent is also very reasonable. He is very flexible and lets you decide how you like your properties marketed in the way that works best for you and does not impose his way as much. For example, he even allows me to list the MLS listing separately as a for-rent ad and let me cancel the for-sale listing as soon as I found a renter without any issue. He is your best friend either as a buyer agent or a seller agent. Highly recommended.
