The office is owned by the broker, Tom Ruddy and managed by his son, Kyle Ruddy. Two generations strong! Kyle is a licensed real estate associate broker with saltbox realty. Real estate has always been a family tradition.

Mr. Ruddy is a member of the long island board of realtors, national association of realtors, n.y. state association of realtors and a past director of the multiple listing service.
