Jessica helped my friend and I look at apartments early last summer. It was my first time using a realtor and it made me wish I had done so in all my previous experiences. She was completely on top of things and organized. The thing that stood out most to us was her patience. My husband and I used Chopper to sell our old house and purchase a new one. Chopper is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. Our house sold at the first open house (which was only a couple of days after listing it and the first time it was allowed to be shown).
