Jessica helped my friend and I look at apartments early last summer. It was my first time using a realtor and it made me wish I had done so in all my previous experiences. She was completely on top of things and organized. The thing that stood out most to us was her patience. I would and already have recommended Chopper Russo. My husband and I along with our peers are at the point in our lives where we're settling down and starting families. At the time in which we were searching for our home we were pregnant. We were looking not only for a home but a welcoming community and school system. Finding a new home for my son and I, after my divorced was an important transition for us and I was glad and thankful to have Jennifer help us throught the process. We were very nervous about selling since we had tried selling about ten years ago which did not go through as planned and ended up pulling the house off the market. We expected a long, drawn out and stressful journey, however, things went way better than expected. The experience compared to our last was so different. My husband and I used Chopper to sell our old house and purchase a new one. Chopper is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. Our house sold at the first open house (which was only a couple of days after listing it and the first time it was allowed to be shown). Since we had not made an offer on a new house, Chopper also found us a short term rental because we had to be out of our old house.
