Christine Amato is professional, attentive, and kind. My fiancé and I would not have wanted to work with anyone else when looking for our first home, and having her by our side kept us entirely at ease!

As first time home buyers, the process looked extremely daunting. But Christine kept us informed and always welcomed every single question we had. And she brought up so many things to consider that we would’ve never thought of!

Meghan Wert from Sadler-Krupa is a fantastic relator and person. My husband and I were buying our first home and wanted to fully vet our options before committing to a realtor.

Meghan was the first realtor to really explain everything and patiently answer our questions. We prioritized availability, honesty, and kindness and Meghan had all three. She was knowledgeable & if she ever didn't know something she was quick to find us an answer. She also listened to us and got to know us not just as clients but as people too. Meghan showed 25+ homes for us over the span of 3 months. She was patient, available and brought an uplifting spirit. She was always optimistic we'd find the perfect home for us, even when we'd sometimes lose hope!

Tom is a very experienced realtor, but what sets him apart from most is his compassion for others. I met Tom by chance earlier this year as a first-time renter/homebuyer, and while I ended up not renting the property he showed me, I really appreciated the advice he gave me. When I decided to buy a home instead of renting, I knew I wanted to work with Tom. Throughout the process and many open houses, he always made himself available, and I eventually found an ideal property in Philadelphia. I cannot express enough how lucky my wife and I were to find Tom. After our initial meeting, we knew we had someone who knew the business well, knew the area well and cared about our needs and wants. Tom told us, from the very beginning, that he is not afraid to be honest with his clients and it was very refreshing. He responds to his clients promptly, even if he is on vacation! That was very surprising and showed how much he really cares about his work and his clients.
He never hesitated to show us a listing. He was very knowledgeable about each house we visited and offered great advise about what was good and what might be an issue.
We made our first offer on a house, that we loved, and it got accepted the next day. We were blown away because we offered less then asking. I, to this day and will always believe, that it was because of Tom.
During the process, an underground oil tank was discovered and the sellers had to pay to remove it. It was a very complicated process because it had leaked. My wife and I were totally lost until Tom went through the whole process on what needs to be done and he knew exactly what to ask from the seller to cover any future issues for us. It was a lengthy process but we knew we were okay with Tom in our corner.
We finally closed today, and we couldn't have been happier.
Once all the paperwork was signed and we took pictures, I turned to Tom, gave him a hug and told him how lucky we were to have him and that we couldn't have done it without him.
If you're looking to buy a home, whether you are knowledgeable about homes or not, I HIGHLY recommend talking to Tom. Just meet him and you will see I'm not lying.
Once again, my wife and I thank you Tom, from the bottom of our hearts!

To say that Tom Sadler is a class act doesn’t even begin to cover it. His expertise, ethics, and dedication to his clients earn him each of these five stars.

My partner and I had been considering a move from Philadelphia to the NJ suburbs for a while. I met Tom at an open house and his charisma was notable – something about “good vibes” comes to mind. Fast forward a few months and, while out again in Collingswood looking at some open houses, I found a place I loved. Remembering Tom’s name and that “vibe,” I called him. Things went like clockwork from there; he connected me to an excellent lender and within an hour I was preapproved. He went over to see the property himself and we came up with an offer that same day. We didn’t end up getting that property, but the next one – in Westmont – was a different story.

Tom’s approach to finding the ideal house for his clients is clearly centered on their needs. It was obvious that his goal was never just to get us to “buy.” The offer process on the Westmont house ended up being more chaotic than either of us would have imagined, but he handled it all beautifully. When the offer was accepted and significant issues in the basement came to light on inspection, Tom continued to demonstrate that he had our best interests in mind. And he doesn’t back down. Thanks to Tom, we ended up with the house we wanted with fair and reasonable seller concessions (not to mention a basement that doesn’t look like a horror movie). When unexpected debris was found on the property prior to close and the sellers were not amenable to removing it, Tom took care of the issue himself to prevent delays in closing. As I said, a class act.

Tom’s guidance throughout the process was spot-on and made what could otherwise be an extremely stressful process manageable. He was always (and I mean always) easily accessible for questions or concerns. I have already been telling all my friends in the Philadelphia/NJ area that they should work with him – as we will for any and all future real estate needs.

Tom Sadler..was a great person to work with through the whole process of selling my home. He was always available and answered any questions as well as resolving any issues that arose. The first weekend after signing, pictures were taken and Tom scheduled an open house. On that Sat.twenty-five individuals/groups viewed my home. At least ten offers were generated from that open house all above the original sale price.Tom reviewed each of these offers with me and the competition among the buyers began. Then within a couple of days a cash offer with a huge non refundable deposit came in, this offer also assumed any repairs and inspections. Tom discussed the offer with me and pointed out this was a very serious offer but it was of course my decision. I accepted the offer and Tom scheduled the closing, he represented me at the closing and everything went flawlessly.

Tom Sadler was recommended to me by my neighbor, who had a great experience with Tom when he quickly sold her home early this year. He was recommended to her by a co-worker. I was pleased to have a highly recommended realtor to help us sell our home! We already had a new home we had moved into in 2020, and were taking our time getting the one we were selling cleared out and ready for market. We were concerned that we would not be able to get the money we needed to pay off our current mortgage, since time was now of the essence. We decided to sell "as is" because we had lived there for 33 years, and it was too much work and expense to update it. Even though it wasn't easy to find comparable homes he had sold (especially since ours only had one bathroom), he managed to find about 10 for us to look at and compare to our home. He had sold all of them quickly, and for a higher price than listed. Tom was early for our first in person meeting, though we had an informative chat on the phone beforehand. He was wonderful! He took a great deal of time to go through our home and make suggestions of things we could do to help make a better impression on buyers, and aid in not only selling it, but to help it pass inspections that may be ordered. He explained the process of getting our home listed, and what he could do for us. He had a professional photographer take the pictures, and the pictures looked great! He clearly laid everything out, so we could make good decisions throughout the whole process. What really impressed me was how well Tom knew his business, and how good he was at predicting how everything would go. He had a sound strategy for selling our home, and it was carried out with compassion and insight for both sides. His advice was spot on! He represented us very well and always served us in every situation. We had over 20 showings in about a week and 5 offers, and all but one, was above our asking price! It was a huge success for us! Tom is friendly, honest, and is not pushy with his advice. He always honestly told us what he thought, and then left it up to us to decide. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent us than Tom! We highly, highly recommend him!

Tom Sadler is wonderful, as a real estate agent and a person. My husband and I debated entering the crazy housing market to search for our first home in Feb 2021 and reached out. I was nervous as I’d only ever heard stories about nightmare agents. Tom responded within 30 mins and put us completely at ease. We explained that we weren’t in a rush, hoping to settle on a home in Fall. He encouraged us to jump right in and begin touring homes because “you never know when you will find the right home.”

As first-time home buyers, we were uncertain about what we needed/wanted and asked endless questions. Tom was extremely patient and always responded within the day. During the first week of March, my husband and I spotted a great house on Zillow that was just listed. We forwarded the information to Tom who called us immediately, letting us know he booked us a showing within the hour if we could make it. When we found homes we were interested in, he coordinated with our daughter who lived in the area to set up times to go view these homes. Once there he facetimed with us and pointed out not only the positives but the negatives. When it came time to make an offer he skillfully structured the offer and it was accepted! When we met Tom he told us he would be with us every step of the way and he truly was.

Words can’t even describe how fantastic Tom is as a realtor and a person! As first time home buyers we were totally clueless to the home buying process and adding this crazy market on top of it made us even more nervous. Christine is amazing! My wife and I worked with Christine for over 9 months. Throughout that entire time she was very patient and took us to any home we wanted to see. We even worked through the pandemic. We were looking in the south jersey market at a time when there was low inventory and things were moving fast.
