My journey in real estate began in Real Estate Financing, where I honed my skills in various aspects of the field, including Real Estate Sales and Property Development. Over the years, I have been involved in a wide range of real estate financing projects, from interim financing to commercial loans, including high-profile ventures such as BIG 5, Office-Max, and residential subdivisions.

Throughout my career, I have served in numerous roles, from Loan Processing and Loan Officer to various levels of Management. My focus has always been on staying abreast of the latest loan programs, products, and regulatory changes, while also nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, Builders, and Business Owners.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am deeply rooted in my community of El Dorado County, where I have served on various committees and volunteered with organizations like the Fiduciary Abuse Specialist Team (FAST) within the El Dorado County Sheriff Department's Special Investigations Unit. I have also shared my expertise through "Money Matters," a local weekly newspaper column addressing real estate and finance topics.

As a father of three sons and a daughter, I cherish my role as an active parent, volunteering in school events and coaching their sports teams. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors, engaging in activities like camping, boating, snowboarding, and hiking.
