Inspired by a love for people, architecture, and the home buying process, Thomas Zebrowski entered the real estate profession in 2015 and became Berkshire Hathaway’s Chicago Gold Coast Rookie of the Year for sales volume. The same passion and drive that propelled him to obtain graduate degrees in religion and ethics from Oxford and the University of Chicago quickly established him as a closer in the business.
In 2017, Thomas came home to California and fulfilled a lifelong dream to settle in the historic Monterey Bay Area. Growing up in Silicon Valley, he has treasured memories of frequent family trips to the Peninsula where they often stayed at Asilomar Conference Grounds. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, for over two years Thomas sold new homes for the builder at Sea Haven in Marina and learned residential construction from planning through delivery.
Now at Sotheby’s International Realty, Thomas is thrilled to serve a diverse and distinguished clientele throughout Monterey County and has rapidly built an impressive reputation for customer satisfaction with buyers and sellers, primary homeowners as well as investors. His track record of successful transactions reflects the tireless effort, constant communication, attention to detail, problem solving, market and price knowledge, research, negotiating skills, and total dedication to the client and a job well done.
In addition to selling real estate in one of the most beautiful locations on earth, Thomas is blessed to be able to give back to the community through teaching. He offers occasional seminars on the history of Western philosophy at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Cal State Monterey Bay.
