Originally from Vietnam, I immigrated to the United States with my family as I entered kindergarten. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I pursued a career in biochemistry with a doctoral emphasis. I always knew I wanted to be in an area where I can create an impact on people's lives. Later on in life, I found a bridge where I incorporated both my earliest childhood vision and passion for business, technology, and real estate. It has been such a privilege to have this opportunity to serve families in their real estate needs.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always dreamed of being able to afford a beautiful home. Almost every night after my studies, you would find me on the market searching for properties. In the early years I knew I could not afford it, but I still enjoyed it. I kept the aspirations to be able to afford my dream house one day. At the age of 20, while attending the University and working at 3 jobs, I was finally able to save enough money to buy my first home. It was by far one of the most exceptional moments of my life. The sensation of having a dream for so long, and finally being able to see it come to fruition was beyond incredible. And so, this is how I started my way investing in real estate…

I bought another condo in Iowa City in October of 2021. After my morning workouts, I would typically meditate in front of my living room windows (my condo has these big 4ft height windows that overlook the neighboring homes).One day, I was finalizing my meditation, and as I opened my eyes I saw this beautiful house — a ranch style, 3 car garage, with a front porch, and a basketball hoop. There, I came to realization that this looked exactly as the home I drew when I was 10-years old. It was mind blowing to see the home I spent years dreaming of owning one day. I have been passionate about real estate all my life but I used to think that I would do it as a side investment, rather than as a career. However, after so many years of learning, exploration, and self discovering, I realized this is my ideal job. I’m diving in and following my heart to pursue a career in real estate.
