Tiffanie Rinehart

I'm Tiffanie, a licensed realtor helping first time and existing home owners purchase or sell homes in Washington state, primarily in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. I have a passion for understanding people and simplifying the home buying process. As a native to the Pacific Northwest, a University of Washington graduate, and a resident of the Issaquah and Sammamish area for over two decades, I bring a local’s understanding to each real estate transaction.

I have 20+ years of experience in technical program/project management and sales enablement roles spanning the travel, automotive, finance, education, and live streaming industries.

My sons attended Issaquah Schools and I'm a “dog mom” of two rescue dogs. I’ve volunteered with Issaquah Schools, Purrfect Pals Cat Shelter, and continue to support local non-profits for individual events. I'm continuing my focus on community by donating a portion of each commission to the John L. Scott Foundation supporting children's healthcare. My husband is a “transplant from Ohio” and we enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest through Jeeping, short hikes, paddleboarding, gardening, and snowshoeing.
