Tiffany Carlson

My name is Tiffany Carlson and I'm a lifelong resident of Western Kentucky, more specifically, Benton, Marshall County, KY. My husband, Michael and I are raising our family in Benton. After a rewarding career as a Certified KY Paralegal with a local law firm, I decided to obtain my real estate license. I had a desire to use my knowledge about real estate transactions in a different way and selling real estate seemed to be that next step. Since 2017, it has been an honor helping individuals, families or businesses; buy, sell or invest in real estate. My real estate production in 2021 was over 8 Million Dollars which was 59 transactions of either buyers or sellers. My biggest year yet!!!

In February of 2022, I obtained my Kentucky broker's license and the next natural step for my business was to open a brokerage. I'm proud to be the principal broker of EXIT Realty Key Group and look forward to introducing this area to the people-first company and how EXIT truly is a big family.

This year I am serving as a Director for the KY Barkley Lakes Board of Realtors and a member of the Professional Standards committee for the Kentucky Realtors.

In addition to my busy real estate business, I can be found volunteering for our local CASA by the Lakes chapter. I enjoy spending time with my family around the pool, watching a movie or heading out on our next vacation adventure.
