I can't say enough good things about Christy and Tiffany. This is the duo you want on your side when selling your home. I went to Denver to help my invalid sister downsize and move to Arkansas. Even before the property was listed, my sister had already been relocated. So many wrinkles developed in the process but the agents smoothed each and every one of them out. Christy and Tiffany really showed their professionalism and firm grasp of how to get things done time and time again. Their patience and kindness was awesome. They had a solution for every issue that came up. I know that dealing with out of state sellers had to have been a challenge. Their confidence when saying no problem, we got this, put us at ease. Believe me, they know their stuff. We weren't just a number to them. They took a real interest in us. They went to bat and got us the very best price possible. I really appreciate how easy it was to communicate with them since we were doing this process via email, text and phone calls. They were very prompt in answering any of these. When my phone went haywire and I couldn't receive calls for days, they continued to text and email, keeping us updated on how things were moving along. They made it so stress free to sell my sister's property.

We could not be more grateful for the work and support that Christy and Tiffany gave us. They were always on top of what needed to be done and guided us with the wisdom of the pro's that they are. Christy always responded to our phone calls and believe me there were many. Tiffany came through in answering additional questions . She helped as we were leaving in allaying our anxiety over leaving before everything was completed. A special thanks from our kitty over the trip across the country. We want to also thank Christy's son who worked very hard loading boxes into the shipping container.

Based on my previous knowledge of Christy Seabourne’s professionalism, work ethic, and expertise in the real estate market, my wife and I recently asked her to list a vacant lot for sale. My wife and I had a certain expectation on what the lot was worth. Christy, and her partner Tiffany Farrell, not only was able to sell the property, but sold it at higher amount then what my wife and I expected!!! Additionally, the property was in an area not normally cover by her. They were able to do the research, come up with a very good listing, and consistently communicated with us throughout the whole process of selling the property. In today’s world, it’s very hard to find persons who are truly experts in their field of work. Both Tiffany Farrell and Christy Seabourne are above and beyond experts in their field and enjoy helping clients sell and purchase real estate.

These Two Are Great!

Not sure where to begin...this only allows 5 stars but if I could give more I would! Christy & Tiffany went above & beyond in helping us secure our Mountain home. It was a long journey with some challenges along the way but the ladies were organized, super knowledgeable, professional, great negotiators, very available, excellent communicators, warm, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. I was thankful to have Christy working with me to sell my home of 17 years and find the right home for me. Without a doubt I think someone either buying or selling real estate should select Tiffany and Christy. We have purchased several homes over the years and have had many interactions with agents and this team is one of the best we've worked with. To start they are a team, which means as a client you will receive the best support possible. They work tirelessly to support the full buying and selling experience. We listed our unimproved property near Evergreen, Colorado and while we had tried various ways and Realtors to sell it over the years we had had no success. Then we listed with Tiffany and Christy with REMAX and within days we had two buyers bidding for it and we sold it within a week for $13,000 more than the original asking price.

Christy was a true pleasure to work with. We had spoke with several realtors and Christy was more knowledgeable and was able to show us she was the one to sell our home! She mentioned all the selling points about our home. It's a ranch ,you have a pond ,a garage, great useable property ,southern exposure ,only minutes from Hwy 285. We where impressed! I've been in sales the past 30 years and our first meeting with Christy was no less than perfect. It only got better, her communication throughout the process was exceptional. The price she advised us to list our house at was at a number to attract more buyers. She explained the currant market is very strong for sellers. Our house was listed on a Thursday and by Friday evening we had 20 showings Saturday and 17 Sunday. Monday we had multiple offers and we where blown away our house sold for $38,000 over list price! From day one until we moved out of our home this lady was in constant contact. I would recommend Christy to anyone who wants a professional and thorough agent. A+

Buying a home is not easy; for me, it proved to be even harder, for the amount of unforeseen obstacles I encountered were a lot, but I simply would have not been able to make it happen without the help of our amazing realtors, Christy and Tiffany! Wow..Tiffany went above and beyond throughout the entire process of buying our home. She did research on County laws, neighborhood HOA'S and even research on well permits that I just did not have time to do. Tiffany did a great job during contract negotiations and navigated us through a great purchase price of our wonderful new home. Tiffany is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met! She was honest with us every step of the way! We are new to Colorado and did not know what neighborhoods were safe for our children.
