Hi, I’m Tiffany Housel, a dedicated REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in Sneads Ferry. I specialize in helping military families navigate the often-complex process of buying and selling homes. I understand that real estate transactions often coincide with significant life events, and I’m committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while turning dreams into reality.

As a proud Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and military spouse since 2006, I have firsthand experience with the unique challenges military families face during relocations, both locally and abroad. This background allows me to better serve my clients with empathy, expertise, and a deep understanding of their needs.

My extensive background in customer service and management, along with my experiences living abroad and traveling, has given me a strong attention to detail and the ability to connect with my clients on a personal level. After spending years raising my two boys, I sought a career that would allow me to support my family while pursuing my passion for helping others. I take a client-centered approach, ensuring that every person I work with feels like my top priority. I also provide a comprehensive list of trusted vendors to guide my clients through every step of the process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering with Onslow Community Outreach and staying involved with the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband of over 19 years—who recently retired from the Marine Corps—our two energetic boys, and our furry family members: a golden retriever and a bea-bull.
