Tiffany Kasdorf is co-owner of Kasdorf Design Build, with her husband, Derek, who is a General Contractor. Their construction company specializes in new construction homes, land procurement, developments, build to invest, and high-end residential remodels. Tiffany works mostly behind the scenes, operating in a consultant capacity; initial client meetings, helping navigate positive builder/client relationships, monitoring communication systems to help clients understand the building process, and promoting a healthy team atmosphere for their employees.
Tiffany is the ultimate team player, having spent the last 25 years competing nationally and internationally, and coaching the sport of fast pitch softball. Inevitably, softball is what led her to Tallahassee, having been the recipient of a full scholarship to pitch for the Seminoles from 2005-2008. She met her husband while in college, and together they have two handsome boys, and one beautiful girl. Tiffany enjoys eating super delicious foods (especially plant based dishes!), watching sports, and traveling with her family.
Becoming a real estate agent allowed Tiffany to step forward in her life and honor her passion and professional relationships in an official capacity. Being around people brings her joy and energy, and she looks forward to working with the amazing clients that will trust her with their homes and investments.
