My name is Joe, and I arrived in Utah, a few years back. I was making many changes in my life, and in the process of selling my holdings in Maine. I wanted to purchase a home here, but arrived to find a very confusing housing market. Foreclosures, short sales, whatever, LoL. I knew I needed help!!! After speaking with several other realtors, a friend recommended Tiffany. :-) Her warm, and positive manner, and her ability not only to listen, but to hear my needs was comforting. Although, the best was yet to come! I became impressed by the knowledge she possesses of her kraft, and the ease, in which she was able to navigate through the ever changing, and volatile market of that time. In the end, she was able to get me the house I wanted, for much less than i ever thought possible. Times have changed, and the market is stable again. I recently spoke with a financial planner, about the possibility of purchasing an income property. He thought it was a good idea, and when we finished offered to recommend a realtor, but I just confidently smiled, and told him, ( no thanks, I already have one ) ;-) -Joe Laggan
