Tiffany Stout

Tiffany Stout, of Semonin Realtors, based in Louisville, KY, is a realtor and has represented clients all over Louisville, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Bullitt County. Tiffany has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, network, and her caring commitment to always putting her client’s needs first. She received her Bachelor of Nursing at Spalding University and began work as a Registered Nurse at Jewish Hospital for 10 years prior to entering real estate. While she was passionate taking care of her patients, she felt her need to expand to help others in a different stressful way is exactly what she genuinely wanted to do. She is passionate about working with first time homebuyers, investors, and relocation clients. Tiffany has continued to leverage her knowledge and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. Tiffany is a proud member of Holy Spirit parish, where she volunteers on many committees. She is also involved with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, where she is a committee member of Your Professional Network and was part of the Leadership Institute. Tiffany is also a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kentuckiana and serves on the development committee too. In her free time, Tiffany is an avid volleyball player and shopper. Tiffany is supported by her husband and two children.
