Tiffany is wonderful to work with and helped us get a great property just like we were looking for! She is really friendly and even picked me up from UCSD’s campus to take me to the different showings. She was really honest with me about all the houses we saw and worked hard to get us one we liked even when the market wasn’t on our side.

There are many well known realtors in La Jolla but no one works harder than Tiffany Torgan. She makes sure she is available and responds to every text or call. I have known her for 20 plus years and she is extremely professional, capable and knowledgeable not only In La Jolla area but ALL of San Diego. She is tenacious and no nonsense. She also makes it a fun and exciting experience. She will be honest and make sure you get a property worth the value. She has a rare gift that many realtors forget that’s important, integrity. I can't say enough about Tiffany. She is amazing! She actually cares about you and what you want. It isn't about getting a deal or making money. She is fun to be around, and knows what she's doing. She always answered any questions I had and was able to solve any problems that we faced. She is patient and reliable. Tiffany was great at giving us honest assessments and never tried to push a property just to get a quick commission. She was not shy about telling us when a property was not worth the price, and she was clearly looking out for our best interests. Given that this was the first time we've bought a home in California, Tiffany was great at helping us navigate the differences. She made showings during COVID as safe and as fun as possible. When we found our dream home, her advice and experience helped us to have an advantage over the other offers, and ultimately helped us get our dream home! Our closing was very quick, and she was diligent to explain each deadline to ensure we kept on track. I just closed the escrow on my small LJ apartment and Tiffany provided a shining light aiding me through this confusing process. This purchase came unexpectedly and I was not prepared for it as much as I should have been. She was able to offer professional, yet nurturing support. I really wanted this apartment and she helped me get it! She is truly amazing, kind, understanding and most importantly always available to answer my small home purchase related questions. Since I do not speak real estate or finance, she patiently explained all relevant terms to me in a way that I was able to grasp it. Tiffany always responded to my texts and calls, which on its own greatly appreciated by me, a confused buyer. She managed to make this process seemingly easy and mostly stress free. Therefore, I highly recommend Tiffany to my friends and anyone else who is looking for a capable, professional, but not pushy realtor. She had my back at all times and led me through maze of confusing escrow docs, HOA, Docusign, etc. She is a rare gem and she needs to be recognized for it. Words can’t express how grateful we are for all of Tiffany’s help in both buying and selling our house. Tiffany is a fantastic realtor and over the years became a good friend. Both in buying and selling our house it was always clear that Tiffany represented us to the utmost degree and truly listened to our goals. She always acted with our interests in mind and helped calm nerves. In the active buying process, she acted decisively and helped guide and ensure the process stayed on track. When it came time to sell we were struggling with comps and Tiffany helped facilitate an auction process. If it weren’t for the fact that she had been such a strong advocate up until then, we may have disregarded it as a possibility. But, as always, her instincts were right and the auction was a great experience that helped us sell our home efficiently and for a great price.
