Tiffeny instilled confidence in a buyer clients of ours that had a bad experience with another realtor. Tiffeny is top class act and very knowledgeable agent in the real estate industry. They say buying a home is the biggest investment one can make and I say selling a home you got to find the best realtor that will sell the house for the quickest and fair price. We had a property that during the pandemic resulted in non paying tenants, therefore our options became limited to sell. Tiffeny listened to our concerns then laid out a plan of action. Our property was under contract in less than 3 days, and we close in two weeks with a very good price.
