Tiffnie Chandler

Tiffnie Chandler is originally from Kearney, MO where she grew up on a pig farm with her amazing family. Although being a country girl will always be where her heart lies, she was brought to the Branson area in 2016 and never looked back. When she was a child, she would spend her summers here at her grandma's fabric and quilting store in Downtown Branson or she would be at her great grandma's house on Table Rock Lake. She has the best childhood memories in Branson, so moving here was the best decision she's ever made. Her husband, Todd, is the Vice President of his company and is a civil engineer and land development consultant. Since 2016, he has worked on all the major projects in the Table Rock area including lodging additions for Big Cedar Lodge, and the 76 Revitalization Project, and designed much of Tiger Woods' Payne's Valley Golf Course to name a few. They have three children, Gracie, Aiden, and Carson who love living here. Her current hobbies include spending time with her family, watching them play their various sports, traveling with her husband and children, and spending time outdoors whether it's on one of the many creeks or on their boat on Table Rock Lake. They feel very blessed to live in this area and she cannot wait to share it with others. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and serves Taney and Stone Counties. Not only does she specialize in single-family home sales, but she really enjoys working on investment properties with buyers who are out of the area. She truly loves this area and prides herself on her knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services.
