Tilly was recently our seller agent for our Tahoe Donner property. She did amazing fast work that netted us an offer that was well over asking and closed within 5 weeks of us contacting her. Her experience and broad network enabled us to get the house listed and prepared very quickly to take advantage of the upcoming Labor Day weekend for showing. The speed of mobilization and quality of work was very impressive and made all the difference. She communicated constantly so I always knew where we were and what was happening. Her knowledge of the local market was really helpful from everything from pricing, preparation and speed to close. It was very impressive. Tilly was my buyer agent. I was looking for a family vacation home in Tahoe area. We talked over the phone a couple of times. She was very good at capturing what I was looking for and generated a list of properties in a short period of time. Tilly was very good at fine-toning the locations and property list by keeping close contact with me. We were able to narrow down a list of properties for an in-person tour. Since all the great preparation she did, we identified our top choice with one tour. Tilly is the best!

We knew next to nothing about how to buy a home in the Tahoe/Truckee area. Tilly had so much insightful knowledge and really helped us feel confident about our final home purchase.

She has been extremely responsive to all our needs, and we never felt pressured to make decisions and offers that we didn't feel comfortable with.

Even after we went in to escrow, she went above and beyond, continuing to negotiate for price reductions and additions to the contract in our favor. Honestly, we would have been totally fine had she done no extra work at all, but that extra work really impressed and amazed us.

TLDR: Tilly is the perfect agent and you should work with her today!

Tilly was recommended to me by a colleague at work... we wanted to purchase a vacation home in the mountains where we could go skiing in the winter and enjoy the great outdoors during the dry season. Tilly found out exctly what we were looking for an directed us to a number of excellent properties. We found our paradise in one weekend! Since the purchase in 2006, Tilly has been the best realtor. She's kept our keys in her office for any fix that needs to be done when we're not in town. She purchases ski passes to all of the local resorts that she lets her clients use.
