About Tim

I have decades of experience in real estate and home improvement business. My first start was in 1981 working at a real estate training and licensing company. Later I went into REO Asset Management and in 2005 I moved back to Ventura County to work with family and friends. More recently, I switched gears to focus more on property management but still love to work with investors and first time buyers. As a Past President of local Real estate Association and a Ventura County Coastal Asssociation of Realtors , I can humbly say that I am respected by my peers and past clients.
