Tim worked with my husband and I probably every weekend for almost 6 months to find and close on a house. All I have to say is in a market that is receiving 15+ offers per listing, with many being well over asking, Tim got me my condo without any other soul even having a chance to see it. Once it was listed, Tim contacted me, scheduled a showing, and within the first two hours had my offer accepted and the listing pulled from all sites. Trust me, my offer wasn't crazy like everything we see and hear. That was all Tim. Not sure what was said but I do know Tim made sure no other offers would be made. It was pretty amazing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Working with Tim was the best decision we made during our home-buying process.

We met with 3 realtors and picked Tim after having an instant connection with him and learning about his many years of experience. We were moving to NH from Chicago and looking to build a house. Not only did we need someone we could trust, but also someone who took the time to understand us. Tim was a perfect fit and couldn’t have done a better job for us.

Six years ago, we purchased a property with Tim's help. He was very professional and helped us through the process.
