Born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Tim moved to the United States when he was eighteen and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He has a bachelor's and master's degree in piano performance, having studied at the Juilliard School and the University of Southern California. He has lived and worked not only in the Arcadia/Pasadena area for over 15 years, but also in Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the real estate market from Bradbury to Beverly Hills. With his international background, his clients hail from all over the world, including Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
