I can not share ENOUGH how AMAZING Tim the Realtor is! My wife and I were first time home buyers and have no knowledge of homes at all (We watch HGTV, but that's where our knowledge ends!). I say this because Tim came alongside us the WHOLE way, walked through houses with us, pointed out trouble spots, and gave us such great advice! His knowledge in the realm of houses and real estate is unmatched! I also appreciate that he didn't force anything on us, but was so helpful! Always willing to answer a text or call, and advocating for us throughout the whole closing process as well.

He even went to look at multiple houses for us when we were away, Facetiming us in the whole time, pointing out trouble items, even on his off day! When I say how great this guy is, I really mean it!
