I began my real estate career in 2000 with Brooks Realty Advisory Group specializing in the Land and Ranch Industry.
2003: I obtained my Arizona Brokers license and then was appointed Designated Broker for Brooks Realty and Advisory Group.
2004: I ventured out on my own and founded DCD Realty. DCD Realty grew to have 8 offices and over 85 salespeople and staff. We grew to be the top procuring Real Estate Company in Northwest Arizona specializing in Home, Commercial, and Land Sales.
2008: Prudential Northern Arizona bought DCD Realty. I stayed on to help the transition of the new ownership until the end of 2008.
2009: Designated Broker/Project Manager for Castlerock Village Gated Community
(All New Construction)
The project sold due to health reasons in 2011 of the Developer
2011: I was contracted by Aquarius Investments to manage various projects they have in Mohave County.
I currently still manage what properties they have left today in our area.
2015: In August, I opened Long River Realty. Today we have offices in Lake Havasu City, Quartzsite and Golden Shores Arizona.
2018: My wife (Dana Holley) joined me and with her marketing skills and strong internet presence we have a wide range of ability to market and sell all types of real estate throughout Arizona.
I have managed various projects over the last 22 years which include Spec Homes, New Construction, commercial, land, farms and ranches, Housing and Subdivision Land Developments: Pravada Housing Development in Golden Valley Arizona, Castlerock Village “A Gated Housing Development’ in Kingman Arizona, Stagecoach Trails, Hidden Springs, Mountain Vista Ranches, Eagle Springs, Greenwood Village, Sunwest and Paradise Acres, Havasu Estates
and Desert Skies II.
