Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.
Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.
Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.

The Institute of Luxury Homes Marketing Members of The Institute actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their exceptional properties. And they are always looking to take their skills, contacts and opportunities even further.
American Warrior Certified The objective of the non-profit American Warrior Initiative 501(c)3 is to educate, encourage and inspire Americans to give back to our military. A key part of this initiative is the education platform for real estate agents and mortgage professionals.
Century 21 Relocation Team This gives me world-wide connections to other trained professionals, so that if I am not able to personally help you I have access to other Real Estate Professionals, Lenders, etc. Many of the programs I have access to can provide a substantial savings.
