Tim Ornell

Tim Ornell is a husband, father & Realtor® with Realty One Group and founder of Ornell Group Real Estate. As a Twin Cities native, Tim has established a reputation for his skills as a real estate agent and local knowledge of luxury homes, waterfront properties and lake communities.

A tactful negotiator, Tim has a track record of success having sold millions in residential real estate and he prides himself on delivering winning outcomes with a concierge-level of service for his clients. Tim has been a staple within the real estate industry working prior as a headhunter in the mortgage banking vertical and in sales for a residential title insurance company.

As a leader of the One Luxe Homes Division, Luxury Real Estate, he understands the local market(s) and that buying and selling real estate deserves nothing but the finest attention to detail, in business practice, and a long-term focus on your investment.

He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, where receiving a BA in Business and is a member of the varsity hockey team.
Most importantly, Tim is a “man of faith” and understands the importance of family, he is married to his beautiful wife Michelle, and they are proud parents of three beautiful children Avery (7) and Isaiah (5), and Blakely (1). He enjoys hockey, golf, church, investing in entrepreneurial ideas, and reading books about history's prominent leaders.
