I recommend Tim Scott if you need to buy or sell a house. He was very good to get us viewings very quickly which is important in this difficult housing market. It took us a long time to find the right house but Tim stuck with us! We had to find a house that fit my large musical instruments but was within our budget. Super responsive, very knowledgeable, laser focused on acting quickly and doing what it takes to make the right deal for me and my family. In todays real estate market it can be stressful at times. But working for a couple of months with Tim I quickly realized he gives great advice at each point in the process. Best Decision We Ever Made!!! We were in a situation where we needed to get out of our Condo ASAP and Tim came through for Us!!! The market was changing quickly and we needed to get in on the boom before things went south. Nobody else will ever beat his services and I’m relieved we don’t have the financial stress any longer!!!
