About Tim

Tim’s goal is to provide clients with a level of customer service that surpasses their expectations. His knowledge of the real estate transaction provides a smooth home buying or selling experience.

He uses honesty and integrity to guide his actions and the actions of his clients. Everyone is treated fairly.

He eliminates issues before they come up by staying on top of the transaction from the beginning to the end, which is ultimately the closing. The key to a smooth buying or selling process is the attention to detail. There are many variables that go into every purchase or sale of real estate, and we have processes in place to assure they are all met.

Tim's wife, Julie, joined him as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2015. She is another part of his group that helps him to eliminate issues before they arise. They have been married since 1998 and they have 2 wonderful adult children, Ryan (Jillian) and Abby. They were blessed with their first granddaughter, Sammie, in 2025. Tim and Julie enjoy spending time outside on their property. Tim enjoys any activity where he can use his many tools (riding mowers, Skid Steer, and chainsaw to name a few.) They have chickens and Julie enjoys gardening. They like to travel when possible. Tim comes from a family of eleven children so cooperation and problem solving come naturally to him.

Jenny Scheffler joined the team in approximately 2019 as a licensed real estate agent and transaction coordinator. She is instrumental in ensuring smooth transactions from start to close (and after!)
