He was informative on matters and got the job done in a timely manner when I asked for things, or for an explanation regarding matters that came with purchasing a home.Tim knew the history of the home and that helped tremendously. I can't speak for others in the office, but to my knowledge Tim kept the transaction of my purchase private and confidential and when buying in a small community this can often be important. We purchased our house in Watseka in October of 2022. Tim was the selling realtor and also became our buying realtor (double agent). I can't say enough how much he helped us through the entire process. Every time I sent him an email or txt he was very prompt with a response letting us know the answer or that he would look into and get right back to us. Tim makes you feel like you dealing with a friend, makes you feel very comfortable with the entire process and stayed with us for the closing. We have kept in touch with him with other questions and he is very helpful with answering them even though we are no longer his client. We would definitely recommend Tim Smith hands down, he is the best whether your buying or selling. We give him a 15 on a scale from 1-10.
