This review is too long in the coming. Timea was an amazing help throughout the process. She made time to help me whenever I needed it, made arrangements to meet me when it was more convenient for me and was always available by phone, text or email. Honestly, based on some of the stories I've heard from colleagues who have bought homes and the trials they have gone through make me feel that I have been well and truly spoiled in the experience that I had. During our initial meeting there were perhaps 6 houses I wanted to look at, ranging from Hardwick to Gardner. At the time there was a major snow storm warning in the region and the snow had already begun to fly. Now Timea didn't want to drive in a full on New England nor'easter but she was willing to drive through the early stages of said storm, more than an hour out of her way. She also made arrangements so that, should the storm hit, and I was still dead set on viewing the homes, that there would be someone there to show me the houses. This woman shows a remarkable dedication to her job that not only reflects very well on Central Mass Real Estate, but would have been held in very high regard by the men I served alongside and under in the service. I can't begin to say how pleased I am with the service she provided and the sense of security and compassion she showed in helping me with, what is to date, the greatest purchase and the most important milestone of my life. If I ever find myself desiring to sell or rent my current home or look to buy any real estate in the future you can be sure that I will look to see if Timea is still in the business. I recently sold my house and bought a condo, and both transactions hit a few rough patches along the way. It was pretty discouraging at times. Luckily I had Timea in my corner! After weighing our options of building a home or purchasing an existing home, we reached out to Timea to determine what was best for us. We knew where we wanted to live and had a general idea of what type of home we liked. Timea was fantastic every step of the way! Timea made the process of buying a home almost effortless. After I told her what I was looking for she new exactly what to send to me for houses that were coming on the market. She has genuine knowledge when it comes to negotiation, local knowledge, and the entire process of buying a home. She always responded to our contact request immediately and got us showings as soon as humanly possible on the houses we wanted to look at. I worked with Timea a few times as she covered for another agent I was working with. She did an absolutely fantastic job and answered all of my questions. She is very thorough, extremely responsive, follows up to make sure everything is on track and even checks in after the sale to see that it all went well - she truly cares about the customer in making sure everything goes smoothly. We had a very pleasant experience with Timea! She was very flexible with scheduling house showings and was quick to process an offer. She was always very happy and willing to commit her time and expertise in helping us find the perfect house for our needs. She creates a very friendly experience that makes you very comfortable when working with her. She answered all questions the the best of her knowledge and if she did not have the answer at hand she was quick about gaining the knowledge and responding in a timely manner. We were first time home buyers and very new to the experience so she was very accommodating. Would highly recommend her!
