If you are looking for a house and want an agent who makes you feel that you are his only client, then Tim Bunfill is your agent. He will send you houses to review, and if you want to see a house or 5 houses, he will immediately get you the soonest appointment and will instantly put in an offer for you--soooo important in this sellers' market. Tim will work tirelessly until he has found you the house that makes you happy.
He also knows a lot of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc, in case you want a house that needs something, and he has done lots of house rehabs, so he can also answer questions and is your expert eye to possible issues as you look at a house.
And even after the sale, he has continued to help with various needs. You absolutely will never find an agent who is more attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, willing and able. He goes the extra mile....and it's just second nature to him. There is not one area in which he does not shine.
