Tim Ellis has a philosophy that is really kind of simple, treat people the way he would want to be treated. This means listening, understanding, and caring about his clients and their needs, wants and goals. It means working hard but having fun while he is doing it. It means providing efficient, effective service so his clients' goals are met, and their expectations are exceeded! His clients realize very quickly that honesty and ethics are among his highest priorities. He believes it is ALWAYS better to do the right thing, even when it is more difficult or less profitable for him. By doing so, he ensures his clients' satisfaction and in turn, his own success. Real Estate is an enormous investment, and for most people, the largest one they will ever make. As such, buying and selling real estate can have a huge impact on people's lives, not only economically, but emotionally as well. This is where his expertise works for you. He has the ability to comfortably and efficiently guide his clients through every step of the transaction, making sure their satisfaction is his main priority. He has lived in the Atlanta area for more than 26 years, watching many changes take place over the years. He graduated from Lee University in Cleveland TN with a B.S. in Biological Science. He has been in the Real Estate field for over 16 years now. He is a member of the Cobb Board of Realtors and a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. On a personal note, he enjoys music, physical fitness activities, horticulture and traveling.
