Tim is a lifelong New Yorker, originally from Rochester, who moved to Manhattan in the 1980s and embraced the city’s vibrant energy and diverse opportunities. Like many New Yorkers, his career path has been full of unique adventures—including a successful stint as a dog groomer to the rich and famous, after studying at the New York School of Dog Grooming.

Tim’s love for the Hudson Valley began in the early 2000s during a visit that left a lasting impression. He was instantly captivated by the region’s beauty, diversity, history, and culture—so close to NYC, yet worlds apart. That visit led to a life-changing decision: he and his husband purchased a home on the Hudson River, and the experience of working with a knowledgeable and caring real estate agent inspired Tim to pursue a new career in real estate.

Now a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty, Tim has never looked back.
