Tim Kotlowski holds real estate licenses in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has been affiliated with Long and Foster Real Estate for over 15 years. Tim has handled residential, land and commercial transactions in Virginia, Maryland and DC.

Tim is the recipient of a variety of performance and production awards. Including being selected as one of Washingtonian Magazine's Top Producing Real Estate Agents, Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR) Lifetime Top Producer and Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Platinum Top Producer. Additionally, he is a Long and Foster Gold Team Member which comprises the top 1% of the agents within the Long and Foster's footprint of over 9,000 agents and 200 offices. He has also passed on his knowledge of the real estate profession to new and experienced agents in the business by volunteering his time as a trainer within Long and Foster on a variety of topics.

Tim is a Graduate of Leadership Prince William and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Tim has been a Greater Washington/Northern Virginia Area resident for over 35+ years and is a graduate of George Mason University. He was born in Germany and lived around the world until his family settled down in the area. He attended local schools and joined a local police department at the age of twenty rising to the rank of Lieutenant. After 23 years of dedicated service to the community, Tim retired from the police department to pursue his passion, real estate, real estate development and investing.
