A lifelong learner and problem solver, Tim opened his first business, a catering service, at 18 and acquired a second business by 21. With seven years of experience as a Realtor®, Tim brings expertise, integrity, and enthusiasm to helping clients achieve their property goals. He is a licensed realtor with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission and an active member of the Southwest Mississippi Board of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Before entering real estate, Tim served as a missionary in Central America for nearly 20 years, training pastors in Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua, reflecting his commitment to making a difference in people’s lives. Raised in Lincoln County’s Heuck’s Retreat community, Tim grew up helping at his parents’ country store, where he learned the values of hard work and neighborly care. A proud graduate of Brookhaven Academy, he also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College, a Bachelor of Theology from Leavell College, and a Master’s in Pastoral Ministries and Evangelism from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Tim’s diverse background includes earning his Series 6 and 63 securities licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) in 1986 and a life insurance license from the Mississippi Insurance Department in 1986. Upon returning to the United States, he reignited his passion for business, focusing on insurance and real estate. He sought out Dr. David Carter, a seasoned realtor, as his broker and mentor to leverage Carter’s extensive expertise.
