Timothy Sebastian

After 30 years of experience in Federal & State Government Tim Sebastian retired and entered the private sector and began investing in real estate. After obtaining a Broker License and then later, Managing Broker License, Mr. Sebastian managed a nationally recognized real estate franchise over a four year period. Toward the end of 2018, Mr. Sebastian took his real estate expertise to REMAX and joined Ben Broughton at REMAX Connections II located in Marengo, Illinois. Tim Sebastian is the President -Elect of the Heartland Realtor Association which services over 1100 real estate professionals in McHenry county and he is also the President of Marengo Community radio and he hosts a weekly morning show and evening music show at WXMR 94.3fm.
