Timothy is the absolute best! I was on my house journey for a while and the day I thought about contacting Timothy to be my realtor, he just so happens to come into my job! Right then, he sent everything I needed to start my housing process. He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and he put me in place with the right mortgage company to handle all of my needs. When I started the search for a new home I was honestly in complete disarray. We started the search during a time where it was not ideal for buyers to purchase. Tim led and guided with solid honest feedback every step of the way. His knowledge and expertise is beyond that of any regular agent trying to make a sale. Mr. Taylor always kept us up to date through the process, we never had to hound or harass him for any information. Mr. Taylor was present, active and went to bat for us. When making the decision to sell my home, I knew I wanted a realtor that was knowledgeable and connected on all levels concerning real estate. From market value knowledge, to financing, to contractors……….Tim Taylor is your guy. His Real Estate Team at Barnes and Associated stood out as the best Birmingham has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.

From my initial conversation with him, it took only 2 months to select a contractor, get the renovations completed, list the house and close. Through it all he spent hours answering my questions and providing tons of insight on comps in the area. His level of customer service, accuracy, and communication is rare, and much appreciated. Tim made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having the knowledge to know exactly where to focus my funds and efforts for the renovation, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When I saw my listing my I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We received multiple offers. My house went under contract 7 days after we put it on the market at 5k over asking price. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I've recommended the Tim Taylor and The Barnes and Associates Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Timothy help me get my first home. He showed this 4 bedroom townhouse that I fell in love with at first sight. When I walked into the house I just knew it was for me and my little family. I asked him what I needed to do to make this mine and he suggested an offer which we mad on 12/10/2020. Later that night to my surprise he told me they accepted my offer. I was blown away because houses in this area get taken off the market in the blink of an eye. He was always professional. He answered any and all of my questions in a timely manner. He made the process go by so swiftly and effortless. Let me say I never knew it would be this easy. I met him the first week of December and closed on my house January 11th. He pretty much knows everyone to help you get a house. He found me a local lender that got me pre-approved with a day. He also recommended a guy to help set up my security system at the house. My husband and I were moving from Texas to Alabama & needed help finding a place to live. We found Tim Taylor through friends and he was awesome from start to finish. With the difficulties that came with moving to a new state during Covid-19 & not being able to actually be there to look at homes, Tim & crew made it as easy as possible.
