Timothy VanOver

Born and raised in Maryland, Tim attended Towson University where he earned a degree of Science in Business Administration. He moved to Hawaii in 2006. Prior to launching his real estate career, Tim worked in Biotech as a diagnostic consultant, and as a Sales & Operations manager at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters-Maui Base.

In 2022, Tim joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because of the firm’s established and proven leadership, reputation for seamless client transactions along with excellent marketing and client outreach.

Inspired to help other families reach their short and long-term goals of owning a home, investing in property or simply living in Hawaii, Tim prides himself in his expertise in real estate, and his dedication to his clients’ personal goals. Tim strives to continue his education and constantly improve his value as a Realtor. His greatest joy is helping others realize their dreams by establishing or perpetuating a family legacy here in Hawaii.

Over the years, Tim earned multiple awards in his medical device sales career. He is also a member of NAR, RAM, and earned "Best of Zillow" status in 2022, as well as the "Millionaire Agent" designation with another brokerage.
