Growing up (in London, England) Tina wanted to be an architect or a surveyor. But, after taking courses in building construction, she realized real estate was her true calling. She started in the business in 1994. She's always had a drive to succeed. As a founding member of Dexter's Estate Agents—one of the leading real estate companies in London, with annual sales topping $3 billion—she was the branch manager for the highest-performing office.

During her tenure, she received the award for “Top Sales” every year and "Top Office" two years in a row. Eventually, tired of London’s cold and damp climate, she moved to the United States to find a great community to raise her family. Tucson has been home for a decade and she's delighted to say it meets all her standards for weather and community. Her proudest moment as a REALTOR® came in 2009, when she joined Long Realty and won its Rising Star award. The award is given to honor top-performing agents who are in their first year with the company. It wasn’t easy coming from another country and doing real estate differently! Other honors followed, but the Rising Star is special. Her clients say she's well-prepared, quick to respond when they get in touch, and pay close attention to the details. To that she'll add a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a focus on providing the highest level of service. In 2015, she partnered with Edward Moore to form Moore-Baba Real Estate Professionals at Long Realty. As a team, they have accomplished so much.
