Tina Bagnoli

Tina Bagnoli’s passion has always been with the housing industry. Since 1989 she has been involved with prospective homeowners starting in the mortgage lending industry. After many years of dealing within the financial aspect of home ownership, Tina became a real estate agent. For the past 15 years Tina has had the privilege of working with first-time homebuyers in the existing housing market. More recently, Tina has been involved in the new construction market helping families build the home in which they wish to live. In 2015, Tina received the Platinum Merchandising and Marketing Excellence Award. This award recognizes her ability to guide consumers through every aspect of the home buying process.

Tina has lived within the Ashland community for over 20 years. While there, she has raised her three children and has embraced her love of the outdoors. She has made it her mission to make sure that the outdoors is preserved to be enjoyed by generations to come by volunteering with the Ashland County Park District as the previous treasurer and publicity chair.

Tina’s mission is to be able to give back to the Ashland community that has treated her and her family so well. She aims to do so by helping families find a home within the amazing and vibrant Ashland community.
