Tina Beliveau

A Baltimore native, Tina got into the real estate industry her freshman year in college as an assistant to a local agent, and the rest is history! In the first chapter of Tina’s career, she built her business with a focus on developing authentic, highly engaged life-long relationships.

As a result of her commitment to taking amazing care of her client base, her business grew exponentially, and she founded The Beliveau Group in 2013 in order to ensure all of her clients would receive the boutique level of care, attention, and responsiveness they had come to expect from her.

Through Tina’s leadership, vision, and hustle, The Beliveau Group has grown into a renowned and well-known local brand that has been recognized at a national level for top-of-the-line marketing, an elite level of expertise in all thing’s real estate, and a deep commitment to community and giving back. Tina and The Beliveau Group’s cumulative sales since 2005 exceed 1,500 homes sold and over $250 million in closed real estate sales volume.

Tina is an enormously driven and gifted marketer, sales consultant, and leader. Her core life value is creating high quality relationships, which is why TBG’s business is 100% referral and relationship based. TBG’s extreme brand loyalty is most frequently attributed to the diligence, follow-through, responsiveness, and intelligence that Tina brings to the table - and TBG clients trust and expect the same from every TBG team member. Tina is passionate about creating memorable client experiences and ensuring every client integrates into the TBG Community, where they have a trusted life-long resource for all things home, all things Baltimore, and all things related to real estate and wealth building.

Tina has been honored with a variety of local and national awards including The Daily Record’s Most Admired CEOs and Twenty in their Twenties Awards, Smart CEO’s Emerging Business Leader Award, Baltimore Real Producer’s Leadership Impact Award, and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors’ Community Service Award. She has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication & Advertising from Towson University, professional graphic design training, and extensive home staging expertise.

Outside of work, Tina is supportive of various local charities, mentoring young women in business and personal development, and takes every opportunity she can to make meaningful impact in her community. She is an extremely involved board member with the Maryland SPCA and is very committed to various animal rescue causes. In 2017, Tina and TBG gifted the Maryland SPCA with a transport van that made it possible for the SPCA to double its capacity to spay, neuter, deliver food to housebound pet owners, and transport homeless animals between local shelters. Tina also serves as an advisory board member for BFG Financial Advisors and is on the board of her neighborhood HOA, Seminary Ridge.

Tina and her husband, Andrew, live in Lutherville with their baby boy Austin and three wild and fun dogs: Jonah, Teddy, and Tucker. In her spare time, Tina loves spending quality time with her family and friends, reading, traveling, renovating homes (she flipped her first house in Spring 2021 - with more to come!), and teaching a weekly spin class at Core Cycle Studios in Timonium.
