Tina specializes in relocations from out of state or internationally, home buying with a VA loan, and helping sellers maximize their profit. She is determined, organized and personable, and a great negotiator who knows how to be aggressive when it’s called for. In addition, Tina is trained to recognize opportunities and works hard to get an optimal outcome no matter the type or complexity of the deal. As such, she is known to get people under contract quickly despite a competitive market.
Tina moved to Colorado after serving as an Army officer. While in the military, she worked in a dynamic, no-fail environment. As a result, she is highly detailed, a skilled problem solver, and adept at performing well in the most challenging situations. Tina also has experience in marketing and served as an appraisal assistant prior to joining the military. She is a two-carat diamond club member recognized for her excellence.
Tina currently resides in the Southshore neighborhood of SE Aurora, CO with the love of her life, their son, and the family dog. She has lived in Parker, Castle Rock, Thornton, Greenwood Village, and Colorado Springs where she owned her own rental property. Sharing her knowledge and helping people with their real estate needs is very rewarding to her. On the personal side, wine, food, and gardening are some of her favorite hobbies.
