About Tina

Christina's career in real estate began in the 1980s and it has been an exciting journey to get to where she is today, Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services, California Properties. Launching her career at an Architect’s office, Paul Thoryk and Associates, dealing with new home developers helped her decide she wanted to continue in this industry. Being a part of fulfilling the American Dream of home ownership was her calling. After a few years at the architectural firm, she took a position with a San Diego builder. During that time, she worked with land entitlements, planning, and eventually marketing the homes for sale. In 1989 she started a marketing firm, which worked specifically with home communities and the strategizing of the sale of the homes. Eventually, the firm branched out to interior design, staging, and model home merchandising. Christina has the honor of being a Lifetime Director of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry of San Diego, as well as Palm Desert. She has received awards for Excellence in Marketing from the National Association of Homebuilders, as well as many industry awards for Interior Design Excellence. Now, for the past decade, a Realtor in the Carlsbad office of Berkshire Hathaway. it is one thing to sell a house, another to sell a home. Christina's philosophy is to make every effort to sell homes to fulfill the dreams and lifestyle of each client she meets. Most recently, Christina has acquired the HDC license to sell manufactured homes and has been providing factory-built homes and affordable housing to customers throughout San Diego County. With the ability to sell Real Estate and well as factory-built Christina is in the unique position of being able to find homes for a wide spectrum of buyers in the California marketplace. As a member of the Senior Division of Berkshire Hathaway, headed by Bryan Devore, (SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, Christina is equipped to help with forward planning for her 55+ clients.
