Welcome to Tina's website! She would like to tell you a little bit about the way she does business--not exactly "traditional" but it works for her & for her great clients! Her business is nearly 100% client referrals, therefore her priority is that she does a great job "Before, during and long after the escrow closes". Her business has continued to succeed by always doing what's best for her clients!

For Sellers: When working with Sellers she makes sure that she understand her Sellers motivation and timelines. Explaining the complete process keeps her Sellers up to date on what to expect given the market that they are currently in. For those homeowners who are having difficulty with their mortgage payments, she is well equipped with a team of Short Sale Facilitators, Attorney, Tax Advisor, etc that help explain what ALL their options are from Loan Modification, SS or last resort of a forclosure. Your home is your biggest asset & for her sellers to be able to know ALL their options allows them to make choices on a difficult decision.

For Buyers: she pays attention to what it is that her buyers are looking for in a home & that they are working with a lender that is also looking out for their best interest. Buyers enjoy the ease of getting properties sent directly to their email through her website & can just push a button to ask about the property--which those questions are responded to in a timely manner with detailed info.

She keeps her clients updated with what is happening in the market via her emails, my website & phone conversations. During the escrows she's working with a team of professionals from my lenders, escrow officers, contractors, home & pest inspectors which helps her stay on track with all the time frames throughout all aspects of the transaction.

After they close escrow, she's still in contact with her Buyers & Sellers. With working in such close contact looking for properties or marketing the Seller's property, her clients quickly become great friends & trust her as their Real Estate Advisor. Over the years she has established excellent relationships with contractors, painters, CPAs, auto repairs, hair stylist...etc. all of which she refers to her clients. She's here to provide not only her Real Estate Services, but to also direct others to people she knows are providing an excellent service to their customers. Another service her clients receive is an "item of value" sent to them every other month. This includes, tax preparation strategies, budgeting ideas, landscaping, even coupons for vacuum cleaners that help with allergies! Her clients deserve the best & she's truly blessed to have such great clients that advocate & continue to refer her their friends, co-workers, neighbors, relatives to buy/sell from her!

On a personal note, she was raised in Salinas, and her office for the last 20+ years, is also in Salinas. She's lived in Soledad since 1999. She has a supportive husband who is in tile/granite construction. They have a 28 year old daughter who lives in the Bay Area & works at a Veterinarian Hospital. They are members at Compass Church in Salinas & have 3 dogs & 2 cats (plus whatever other animals they are fostering through local animal rescues!). Beside loving animals they love summer boating/camping, San Jose Sharks Hockey, Earthquakes Soccer & going to concerts with their daughter & friends. She has a pretty busy schedule, but they try their best to fit in family time for their lake trips, time with friends & sporting events. It's a Good Life!
